There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under heaven- Ecclesiastes 3:1.
Times have been crazy. Life has been hard at times. The journey has been exciting.
I cannot believe that I haven't posted in a month. A lot has happened. First of which, sweet Maggie went to be with the Lord on July 5
th. We were in Syracuse at the time and were able to celebrate her life with her church there, that morning, and again when we returned home to Fort Myers with our Summit church family. She was an amazing woman, wife, mother, and friend, and she will be truly missed. Continue to pray for
Jordan and the kids as they mourn the loss of their dear one.
During this month, I have struggled with a lot of anxiety and stress. I am praying that this is just a season in my life and that I will be able to encourage others as I pass out of it. For I know that no weapon formed against me will prosper.
My computer that holds the pictures from our trip north is having a problem with the power cord, thus, this blog post will have no pictures.
Slim and I are in the process of moving to Naples, where I work. We have been working on this move all month but will be in there for sure on Friday. God is good and we will be saving almost $380 per month. Praise the Lord. Plus I will be about half the distance to work, which is also a HUGE blessing!
Once the move is over, you can be sure that this blog will be back to buzzing.
Thanks for bearing with me.
